We are based in China, where all of our bracelets are made. In our factory, we handle all aspects of production and shipping, ensuring that each product meets our high quality standards.
When can I receive my order?
It takes 3-7 business days to make your bracelet from the time we receive your order
Once it is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking code. If you do not receive this code, please check your spam folder. If you still do not find it, please contact us at runfa741852@gmail.com and we will assist you in tracking your order and update you on its status.
Please make sure we have the correct wrist size and shipping address so that we can complete your order efficiently.
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores, agents or outlets. However, ordering our products online is very easy and secure! If you need any help, please contact us at runfa741852@gmail.com

I want a custom design, is that possible?
Sometimes yes, it depends on the bracelet and what you envision for this bracelet. We can only customize items that we currently have in stock. Keep in mind that for custom designs, the price of the bracelet may change. Please contact us at runfa741852@gmail.com and tell us your design ideas and we will let you know what we can do!
Can I wear it while working out, showering, or at the beach?
We strongly advise against wearing bracelets during certain activities as they can damage the gemstones and metals over time. Gemstones vary in durability; some gemstones are harder and more durable, while others are softer and more easily damaged.
I’ve got my eyes on a product but it’s out of stock, when will it be restocked?
Contact us and we can check if we have any small quantities left in stock, or assist you in finding a suitable replacement item.
I need it, but my birthday/anniversary/party is still a few days away!
If you have already placed an order, you can notify us by replying to the confirmation email. In most cases, we can prioritize your order and complete it within 1 business day or even a few hours. For shipping, we use priority shipping to get it to you as quickly as possible. You can also contact us in advance at runfa741852@gmail.com and we’ll see what can be arranged!

I’m sure of my wrist size, but I’d like it to be a little looser around the wrist, is that ok?
Yes, it is possible. Submit your wrist measurement and then add “loose fit” (either in a note or emailing us afterwards is also an option). Remember, you need to submit your true wrist measurement and not calculate any extra inches yourself. Often, this will result in a bracelet that is too big and disappointing. So, if you measured a 7.25″ wrist size and you want a loose fit, submit 7.25″, loose fit.
Why use wrist measurement instead of bracelet length?
At CharmBT, we prioritize creating perfectly fitting bracelets that flatter your wrist perfectly. Here are the reasons why we prefer wrist measurements over fixed lengths:
Fit Every Wrist: Wrist measurements ensure that each bracelet is specifically made to fit your wrist, providing a comfortable and secure fit, unlike standard lengths which may be too loose or too tight.
Bead Size Variation: Our bracelets are made with premium natural beads, so there may be slight variations in size. For example, a 4mm bead may actually measure between 3.9mm and 4.1mm due to natural factors and the production process. This slight difference can affect the overall length of the bracelet.
Unique Designs: Different bead sizes and designs can affect the length of your bracelet. A bracelet made with larger beads will not be the same length as one made with smaller beads, even if they both wrap around your wrist the same way.
Shipping
How long does it take?
Custom items take 3-5 business days to make, provided you have provided your wrist measurement and a valid address. Once made, they will be shipped immediately as a priority, shipping times vary by location.
I accidentally submitted the wrong address, but it’s on its way!
In most cases, you can change the delivery address yourself on the tracking confirmation page. If you are unable to do so, please contact the courier and us as soon as possible. Please remember that the longer you wait, the more difficult it will be to modify the address.
Please note that changing the delivery address to a different address and/or country may not always be possible and, if it is not possible, you may be charged additional shipping costs.
Returns/Resizes/Exchanges
I need to resize my bracelet
Of course, we know that getting the size right the first time can be a little difficult. We can definitely help you with the resizing. Remember, if you need to resize, you have 30 calendar days (from the date you received the item) to return the item to us. Please send an email to runfa741852@gmail.com to get proper help on this matter. We will guide you through the steps below!
I want to make an exchange
Bracelets can be exchanged. You have 30 calendar days (from the date you received the item) to return the bracelet for an exchange. Additionally, the bracelet must not show any signs of use and must be labeled. Once your package arrives at our facility, we will notify you that the package has arrived and process the exchange by charging/refunding you the difference in price (including a $15 restocking fee). Please email runfa741852@gmail.com for appropriate assistance.
I would like to return the product
Yes, it is possible. While this is a handmade item and we are not obligated to refund, we like to offer our customers this option. As with all CharmBT items, we offer a “30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee” on all bracelets purchased at www.charmbt.com. You have 30 calendar days (from the date you received the item) to return the item. After 30 calendar days, no refunds can be issued. Please note that we charge a $15 restocking fee per bracelet, which will be deducted from any refund.
